Vinification:The Sangiovese grapes' freshness and aroma are engrained in this wine through a carbon maceration technique applied during the vinification. The wine's pleasing body and softness are achieved by fermenting the grapes at a constant temperature.

Ageing: it keeps all of its flavors and character for about 6 months.

Visual analysis: ruby red and crimson, with hints of violet.
