Grappa “Riserva”

Distillation and refining: the fermented pomace of Chianti Classico is distilled with a continuous steam in a traditional copper pot Still. Then the product is submitted to an ageing process in oak barrels for a period of 18 months at least.

Sensory evaluation: straw-yellow colored, with golden hues sweet spiced aroma, intense, supple taste, made gentler by the ageing process in oak. It reveals, if carefully analyzed, the scents of fresh pomace, clear evidence of its high quality.
