Type of soil: rocks and sands of Galestro and Alberese

Grape prcentage: Chardonnay 90%; Trebbiano Toscano 10%

Production per hectare: grape 7200 kg = wine 5000 litres

Vinification:all grapes hand picked. The fermentation lasts 8/10 days at controlled temperature in stainless-steel fermentation tanks, followed by maceration for 12/14 hours.

Ageing: the ageing lasts 6/8 months and is carried out in stainless-steel vats. The bottling is done one month before the wine is released for consumption.

Visual analysis: intense straw-yellow with light green hues when young.
Olfactory analysis: scents of tropical fruits, pineapple and floral notes like broom and acacia flowers.

Gustatory analysis: fresh and pleasant, it is a balanced wine with pleasant scents of fruits and flowers. Pleasant almond aftertaste.

Serving suggestion: Serve in a tulip glass. Temperature should be of 8-10 degrees C/58-60 degrees F.
